PLEASE READ THE TERMS & CONDITION CAREFULLY BEFORE BOOKING A COURSE WITH US ONLINE, AT ONE OF OUR CENTRES OR OVER THE PHONE. IT IS EXPECTED THAT YOU HAVE READ THE T&C’S BEFORE MAKING YOUR BOOKING.

  • Admission

  • Application to our programmes can be made online via our website or at centre application form (Hard copy)
  • The College publishes on the website, entry criteria for all course. Entry criteria will be guided by a commitment to ensure progression through levels of learning and to ensure that applicants have the ability to achieve and succeed on their chosen course. In some cases, entry criteria may relate to specific requirement for the profession into which the applicant wishes to progress.
  • All Caetop College London’s (CCL) prices are subject to change until the customer has made the payment.
  • Before sit in classroom, you must clear the payment.
  • As soon as we received payment for the course booking a joining instruction will be sent via e-mail at the earliest opportunity. Your items such as training materials, Books and CD etc will be dispatched to you on our next mailing day. Or give to you by hands.
  • All students must attend the full course and agreed study timetable in order to pass the exam successfully and to achieve certification.
  • 100% attendance is a must; any late arrivals are not acceptable.
  • Please Note: Any sort of unacceptable behaviour at all CCL venues will lead to exclusion from the course for which we will not offer any refund.
  • All bookings are subject to availability of spaces and relevant resources
  • Customers who make the booking via phone, email or through our website are liable for any balance outstanding (if any), in full.
  • Candidates must be eligible to attend the course you book with us. Please check that you meet all criteria before reserving a space on any of CCL courses.
  • Caetop College London reserves the right to change the venue of college with another suitable venue, to alter the teacher, timetable and transfer students from one class to another class, from one time of study to another, and to merge small classes or cancel classes and course. We will notify all candidates via email, text or telephone at least 24 hours before the start of the course. Please note we may only ever change the venue location if there is an utmost need for it and there is no other option available to us to accommodate customers at the original location.
  • Reservations made online, at one of our advertised college or over the phone are non-refundable; course dates and timing cannot be changed by customers. If you have paid a deposit, you will not receive a reimbursement of your deposit and the remaining payment will be due.
  • It is a requirement by the regulator to have ID on you at all times during your training and Examination. If you do not bring the required IDs to your course, you will need to be rescheduled onto course and you will be charged a £100 rescheduling fee.

 

  • Cancellation and Refund Policy.

  • All enrolment fees are non-refundable.
  • Course cancellations must be made at least two weeks prior to the course start date to be eligible for a refund.
  • No refund will be issued after 14 days of booking any course with us. Refund can be made within 2 weeks (14 days) of booking any of our courses but the administration charges and the registration fee of £100.00 will apply once you’ve been enrolled on a course.
  • You should bear in mind before paying, or authorising someone to pay on your behalf, THAT FEES ARE NOT REFUNDABLE.
  • Any discounted or promotional course you booked will not entitled for any refund.
  • Reservations made online can be transferred to any individual who is eligible to attend.
  • In the unlikely event of cancellation of any courses by CCL. Damages shall be limited to a full refund of the course fee only.
  • If you are going to be late to the course, you must contact us. If you are going to be unreasonably late to the course, you will have to be rescheduled onto another course date, if space is available. You will be charged rescheduling fee for this.
  • Should circumstances mean that you have to cancel your course and are unable to transfer your booking to another date at the time of cancellation, the following charges will apply.
  • The course fees are NOT transferable to another person, and valid for the course and dates specified on the Enrolment Form.
  • If you cancel your course before it starts for any reasons, NO REFUND will be given
  • If you cancel your course after it starts, leave it early, or miss any lessons, NO REFUND will be given, including in case of sickness
  • Students whose behaviour prejudices the best interests of the Centre will be asked to leave before the end of their course and NO REFUND on the course fees will be payable by the Centre.
  • Fees and charges paid by employers on behalf of clients are non-refundable.
  • If you have to cancel your course due to a medical reason, we would require evidence i.e.: Doctor’s letter. A handling and administration fee of £100 would be charged or deducted from order amount when you require a refund due to a medical reason.
  • Cancellation must be in writing and received by Caetop College London by the due date.
  • This does not affect your statutory right.

 

  • Examination Rules and Regulations.

  • You are expected to report to our office 30 minutes before the start of the exam.
  • Call 0203-092-4974 if you cannot come to college or inform via e-mail.
  • You will not be allowed to sit for the exam if you are 10 minutes late and the exam has already started
  • You cannot leave the examination room during any part of the assessment.
  • Strict behaviour must be observed at all times during the assessment.
  • You are required to switch off your mobile phone during the exam.
  • You will be asked to show an original Photo Identity before the start of the exam
  • No children, family members or friends are allowed in the examination room.
  • All students must attend the full course and the agreed study timetable in order to pass the exam successfully and to achieve certificate. The centre cannot be held responsible for students not attending regular classes.
  • The exam results and the original certificate released from the awarding body. You must have to wait until complete the process. As per awarding body policy and procedure. If your results and the certificate arrive sooner; we will contact you as soon as possible.
  • All certificates are delivered via royal mail, standard service. Collections can be made by customers with prior notification only.
  • Customers will be responsible to pay any awarding body charges for replacement certificates. CCL accepts no liability for misplaced certificates. The replacement certificate fee is £50. CCL will only pay for a replacement certificate if the certificate has been posted to the incorrect address by CCL due to an error from one of our staff members, for which proof is required. We will not be entitled to pay for a replacement certificate under any other circumstance. To ensure that certificates are delivered to the correct address and are not lost during transit we advise learners to arrange a Royal Mail recorded delivery service with us prior to the completion of the course, this service must be paid by the learner.
  • For the portfolio-based qualifications or workbook you must submit within deadline fail to do so it will cost you £25.00 per week or we can refuse to provide further services alternatively you may need to re-enrol for the whole course.
  • For all Identity Validation forms used by our awarding bodies, the candidate is to only sign such validation form if the spelling of their name on such a form is absolutely correct. Please note that failure to do so will result in the candidate being liable for any administration costs charged by the awarding body for correction.
  • Re-sit exam fee will be charged for the Security related course only.
  • You must attend the re-sit session that you book. If you fail to attend the session on time, you will lose any resit fees paid. You must re-sit the exam within 6 weeks
  • All customers are responsible and must provide CCL with correct and accurate information (using clear handwriting) in respect to the physical address, requested by the admin, where all certificates will be dispatched.
  • From time to time, it will be necessary to take photographs and videos of students, individually and in groups for records as well as for positive portrayal of the college. The photos and videos used in the college’s own publications as well as in local and National.
